  • We do NOT retain user data for the purpose of AI model development

  • User conversations, documents, and third-party integration data are used solely for providing our chatbot services to you

  • Any analytics or usage data we collect is used only for improving our application's user experience and functionality, not for training AI models

The AI models we use in our application are provided by third-party services (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and we pass user queries to these services only to generate responses for your specific use case. We do not use conversation data to train these or any other AI models.
